During the special meeting of the TCLP to consider bylaws changes, we will be voting ona full revision of the bylaws. This is the best way to clean up the document and resolve the conflicting language in the original. No substantive changes were made to the bylaws beyond what was required: the spirit of the original bylaws has been retained. The document was reviewed by a rules committee before submission to the membership.
The following amendment adds additional responsibilities to the TCLPEC. It is amendment to the new revision that will be considered prior.
